Where does ''talent'' come from?

How come you can sit a kid on a desk for 10 years and they stil can't draw and other people can just pick up a pen and make a super realistic drawing?

How come some people can sing and some can't?

How come some people can play football (europen ''soccer'', not american football) on a technical level and others can't?

How come some peple can memorize 150 digits of pi and others have such a terrible memory?

I know these talents (not skills, just natural raw talent) are different in nature but where do they come from?
