US Military bases on Mt Ararat and Little ararat

At night time I can see lights like military bases my dad said that it was there long ago early 2000s maybe even before and that they were US bases is this true alot of Armenians believe it's US bases but is it? I Googled it and seeks like there's no US base there at all and they installed a Turkish base there in 2023 but long before that there was still several lights on it even i remember it what is it? turkish or US?
