KeyStep Pro Build Quality Issues

Has anyone had hardware problems with their KeyStep Pros? I'm now on my third one in 6 months:

• The first had general malfunctions (mod strip would activate randomly, the menu navigation wouldn't always work, not sending the right CV).
• The second would only power up over USB, not the outlet.

Luckily both were covered by the warranty, and my replacement-for-my-replacement is on its way to me now. Curious if anyone else has experienced issues like this. Seriously disappointed.
