Question on the Laws surrounding overseas postal voters- Ballot papers

Not so much on the process, but I wanted to clarify on the specific laws.

The current process for overseas voters by post is that we download the documentationmark itSend it on Gov paid postage. In a local election context, that phones and photography is prohibited from a polling area, but telling people who you voted for is not. That being said, in a remote overseas voters context, would it constitute an offense to (1) take a photo an empty ballot paper and upload it to social media, and (2) if the ballot is marked with my vote and upload it to social media.

My interpretation is: No it is not illegal because my oversea residence is not gazetted as a polling area, but just because one law does not apply, does not mean there is no other law covering this. I also inspected PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS (OVERSEAS VOTING) REGULATIONS 2023 on AGC and division 3 makes no mention of such.
