We are building tons of low-rise, high-rises in Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Langley. Why are people still predominantly grouped within those areas of the CoV? I understand transport is a major factor. The factor I would like to look at is “Third Places”. Do the suburbs lack of Third Places detract people from moving there?
