What does this mean?

At this facility that I work at, we have one deaf resident and I just recently started learning ASL to better communicate with her. She came to me and signed this (video included) and I didn't understand? When I signed for her to type it out, she wrote "I need you shorty" but I still didn't understand. What does (vidoe) sign mean?
