Astoria v Ditmars-Steinway

Hello ! Im currently living in Brooklyn but am looking to move to Astoria soon. However a lot of (re: most of) the apartments that come up for Astoria on StreetEasy and Zillow really show up under Ditmars-Steinway. I just wanted to know what’s the difference between these two areas and which would be better for a 20-something male.
