sensation in hands/fingers/body

does anyone else get a buzzing energy feeling sensation in their body when anxious, overwhelmed or excited etc? for example ill be overwhelmed and struggling to communicate properly or talk in a way that makes sense and i’ll say the wrong word or something i didn’t mean to and i’ll a huge wave of like energy, mainly in my hands?? I will often flap my hands in response to this feeling. does anyone experience this feeling? i’ve not heard much about it from others.
