Fungus?? Please help :(

I noticed a small little white spot on his gills a few days ago, but it didn’t look fuzzy or anything, thought it was maybe just a spot where his gills didn’t have any blood flow or something? He’s been acting fine, eating and swimming and water parameters all look good. Any advice on what to do? Thank you!!!
