In search of a good home

Hello. I am unfortunately moving to an area which has no exotic vets even within a five hour drive radius around. I really struggled over this decision, but I realized that the best thing for my reptiles is to rehoming them to someone who will love and take care of them and who has access to resources I no longer will.

Location: New Mexico area, ABQ specifically

Snake: This snake is Callisto. He is a sweet boy who is a bit shy but friendly. He has never missed a feed in his whole time I’ve had him, and isn’t picky at all. I’m not sure his specific weight but he is a bit longer than 3 ft, and is usually fed one small adult rat, frozen/thawed, every 2-3 weeks.

He hatched on July 8th and is turning two this year. He is content being handled, but generally is not handled much more than necessary with the exception of occasionally taking him out to show people. He is very content to crawl around on people or curl up around your hair clips on your head. He is a super mystic pastel.

He is a very active snake at night and he loves to climb. He has a zen habitat 4x2x2 enclosure, two hides (which probably should be soon sized up), water bowl, and a few more small hides/ litter such as cork bark. There’s also flagstone and moss and leaf litter in his enclosure. I will of course include this with him if desired. He also has an Arcadia Pro T5 UVB, a ceramic heater, and a heat lamp. The heat lamp and ceramic heater are hooked up to a Herpstat 2 Spyderweb thermostat.

There is no rehoming fee. Please reach out for any further questions. Thanks in advance. 💔
