Who Is the Most Valuable Hype Man?

I have an important question for you all. Who would you consider to be some of the best hype men in MLB history? I'm talking players who didn't provide much on-field value, but were kept around bc they were so beloved in the clubhouse. I'm talking guys like Brett Philips, Guillermo Heredia, etc.

I also want to emphasize in all of MLB history. I'll take recent examples but I especially want to get some names from the 50s-90s.
