How to manage hyper-fixations?
One of my biggest mania signs is hyperfixations. Hyperfixations on coworkers, celebrities, places or things. Some of these hyperfixations of mine have destroyed relationships, made others uncomfortable or just take up too much of my time.
Last time I was manic in February, I obsessed on circles so much I made a Pinterest board of over 400 circle icons! It was really strange for me and I'm wondering how to either lessen the hyperfixations or stop them completely. If anyone has ideas or advice, I would very much appreciate it. Have a good day ❤️
