can I still get episodes on meds?

Im on Wellbutrin 300Mg XL. the past few weeks ive been feeling a bit high and restless even if im completely sober. Right now however, ive started feeling empty and a bit depressed. These mood shifts are not as intense as when im unmedicated but is it possible to still have high and lows even if im on meds? should i seek out another prescription? or is this normal?
