How do i learn Blender.

This is not a post where i'm gonna be asking for tutorials or anything like that, because i have a problem with tutorials. For me, tutorials are like copying a math problem. I have the end result, but no idea what i actually just did. I need someone that i can talk to and ask questions, like a teacher or something. The problem is that i can't pay for it and my parents just don't understand my problem so they're not gonna pay for it either. Does anyone know what i could try to do?
