It’s my birthday bring me cake 🎂(BL birthday/cute scenes)

I am taking a break from doing my genre series for today because today is my birthday and for my birthday I have received a bloody awful cold. I’m rather poorly I can do with some cheering up so please post your favourite birthday scenes in BL or just something cute and help me celebrate my birthday in the best way possible with BL.
