Sony X900H Motionflow bug

Does anyone have a solution to make this go away permanently? Motionflow keeps enabling itself whenever I switch inputs even though it appears off. Basically every single time i switch inputs, I start a video and i see ridiculous motion blur and SOE. I can get rid of it by toggling motionflow on and off, but this is irritating to have to continually do every time I switch app.

The TV is otherwise perfect, is this a software problem? Is this just part of the android experience? Seems to be a bit ridiculous to pay north of £1000 on a tv and then end up being a beta tester for a flawed interface. Does anyone have the same experience with this tv? At the end of the day it's not a deal breaker or something that really effects my overall enjoyment of the tv that much, it's just a bit of a pain in the ass, would be interested to hear if others have the same issue or have any solutions.
