Breast MRI sucked!

I am not sure what I was expecting but I can tell you I was NOT expecting to be in pain while having the MRI. The bar that your sternum rests on becomes painful very quickly. Then my back began to hurt 15 minutes in. Then good old Mother Nature decided to be mean and I begin to have a hot flash. By minute 24 I was dripping sweat and in pain.
My hair had come all around my face so I didn’t have any fresh air to my face. I was sweating all over. I finally yelled how much longer as I was burning up. The guy was awesome, and brought me out and put a cold compress on my lower back. Then back in for 1 minute more. I really hope I wont ever need another one.
