The breastfeeding hunger is worse than pregnancy hunger

Seriously how are you guys staying satisfied? I feel like I eat every 2 hours, legit get nauseous and feel like I’m going to pass out otherwise. I’m 13 weeks postpartum and thinking it’s time I start being more conscious of what I’m eating instead of just eating everything in sight in the spirit of “I just had a baby”. I’d actually really love to start shedding some pounds and starting an exercise routine but I just don’t know where to begin when I feel famished all the time. Any suggestions? How are y’all eating healthy while keeping up with breastfeeding?
