New system and unbearable input lag

Hello i recently got a new system which includes a 4070S, 7 7800x3d, 990 pro 2tb SSD, CL36 DDR5 6000mhz Fury beast ram, rm750 PSU, TUF B650 plus, Arctic liquid freezer III.

When i play games everythings fine and no lag, but if i want to download other things while gaming, or my Spotify song changes or an ad plays on Youtube, i get extreme input lag (few seconds).

I have already checked the Expo profiles, Temps, Legitness of the devices (YES THEY ARE REAL).
Ive also checked the compability and ram slots.

PLEASE HELP!
