Accidentally bought Thermalright Phantom Assassin instead of Phantom Spirit

I'm upgrading my 10 year old machine with a 5600x. Is the Peerless Assassin is enough to have some headroom to OC the cpu? If it is then i don't mind keeping and saving the hassle of dealing with returns.
