Disabled Gaming Set-up: physical limitations, looking for advice

Like the title says, I’m a person with a physical disability, it’s called erb’s palsy, and it limits the range of motion of my right arm and hand. To further explain, I can’t turn my right hand palm down, and my pinky and ring finger have little to no movement capabilities.

That said, I’ve been looking into building a pc (obviously) and have run into a few bumps in the road when it comes to mouses or devices for my left hand that could accommodate me. I have the thought of getting a simple joystick that could be mapped to the WASD functions and have that be the my right hands primary job. I’m looking for a mouse or a device that could function similarly to one, while also allowing me to map buttons from the keyboard ( Q, E, Shift, Space, etc) to buttons on the mouse. There are numerous mouses/mice/idk that have button mapping functionality, but little to no left handed ones that I’ve been able to find. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations for me? Also are there any other disabled gamers here that would like to potentially talk about their set ups and equipment? I’d love to hear what y’all are using and how you guys have conquered lack of accessibility in gaming!

Thank y’all for any and all help, it’s very much appreciated!
