I can't wear my RM Combat Armor

I can't wear the RM Combat Armor that I got after massacring the entire Hub 01 residents.

My current CBMs: Arms Alloy Plating Facial Distortion 2 Power Storages Recoil Compensators Subdermal Carbon Filament Throwing Assist Wired Reflexes Cable Charger System Joint Torsion Ratchet Alarm System Active Defense System Fingerpick Internal Climate Control Thermal Dissipation Electromagnetic Unit, Artificial Night Generator EMP Projector Chain Lightning

Is there anything I should remove? I don't wanna try taking them out one by one, they took me way too long to find and install

I'm also on the Alpha mutation tree
