Advice for high need cat

I recently adopted an older kitten and young cat. The kitten is a super high need kitty. I’ve had other kittens and cats but her need for constant activity and interaction is next level.
The kitten was described as a tabby but she has spots on her hips. I googled and she does look like/ have characteristics of an Egyptian mau. In addition to her coloring she has longer back legs which she uses to jump on everything. I play with her every day but she still makes sad meows like she’s bored. She plays with her sister until her sister gets fed up. Anyone with Egyptian may or similar cats? How do you make sure they aren’t bored/sad?
Pic of her on the mantle and proud of herself for getting up there.
