Aged Padron Presidente (9 years)

Walking into a Davidoff brick and mortar store, I didn’t expect to find a full shelf of different Padron series’s with box dates of 2016-2018, but I’m glad I did! I’ve honestly been searching for older box dates of Padron’s as the extra age makes it taste a little more luxurious. It definitely doesn’t need the extra age but man is it a treat. Couple that with the age being within a tube (rectangular tube), it creates a special and rare experience. Expect creamier flavors of milk chocolate rather than dark chocolate and drip coffee rather than espresso. I love having these with an espresso or latte as it just mimics the creaminess found in the mouthfeel.
