Second Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or MS Civil Engineering (For non-engineers undergraduate)

Hello,

I need advice on deciding on a second bachelor's in civil engineering or an MS in civil engineering (For non-engineer undergraduates).

Some background on myself:

-Bachelor's in Economics

-I currently live in Colorado

-Currently thinking of pursuing the University of Colorado, Denver; for the Civil Engineering Master of Engineering (For non-engineers undergraduate), specializing in transportation.

-Age 25

Questions:

What are my odds of finding a job if I pursue the master's?

Does having a Bachelor's in civil engineering, ABET accredited matter that much compared to a master's?

Will my lack of ABET degree matter that much if or when I pass the FE/PE in the long run?

How has anyone done a similar path? How did it work out for you?

Thoughts:

My major concern about this is mainly the time/cost and job aspects. From what I gather, most jobs require a 4-degree ABET accredited. My current state does allow me to take the FE exam once given enough experience (6 years exp), but I'm not sure if any jobs would hire me if I were to get an MS. This MS program seems to be affordable about $20 to $25k compare if I were to go back to get a second bachelor's about $35 to $40k. Also, it seems that ABET accreditation doesn't apply to many master's in civil engineering. I'm interested in civil engineering and want to pursue it but not sure in what direction I should go.

Thank you
