ClickUp claims to record screen videos with stereo audio, and claims to let you choose your audio device, but neither of those things are working for me.

I have 7 or 8 audio devices in my computer. No matter which one I choose from the menu, it just keeps taking the audio from my default audio device. And it records it in mono (yes I am sending it a 2-channel/stereo signal, because I have music running into it in which I pan to the left and the right, and the videos do not reflect this).

How do I actually get this software to do what it says it does? I am an audio engineer so I'm pretty good with this kind of thing but all the troubleshooting I am doing is not resulting in anything.
