Why is everyone so dramatic in part 3?

Why is every single conversation in part 3 an epic or emotional conversation. It seems like nobody can have any type of normal conversation it’s ridiculous. Every single time just goes somewhere it doesn’t need to it’s so dramatic and annoying.
