Hit a pothole getting off of interstate 70 with my front left tire.

how do I contact the city about this shit? My tires probably got half tread left on them. they're run flat tires so they cost a fucking lot. I had a friend with me and my Google maps show me driving right over that pothole about 30 minutes ago. I was going to Jefferson City and I hit it when I was getting off of 70 going to 63. it's right when you start going up the hill at the 70 to 63 off-ramp.

so what I'm asking basically is who do I call in the city to see about one fixing the pothole and two fixing my tire. because hitting that thing going 50 when you're getting off the interstate is insane.
