Nexus Software Wintership - Is this fake?

Recently got accepted into an unpaid 1-month internship with Nexus Info or Nexus Software which I think is based in India. While accepting the internship, I happened to see:

"As part of the Winter Internship organized by EduXel, in collaboration with Nexus as our career partner, a payment of 10 USD is required to cover the certification, study materials, and internship report costs. "

Never seen a company do this. Is this fake?
