Should I swap from CS to aerospace engineering?

I have a 3.8 gpa and I’m struggling to find any CS work.

Every news article I’ve seen has basically said this: CS is no longer a good industry. Is engineering better? Should I just drop this major since every tech company I’ve seen is saying that CS majors are no longer required?

From what I’ve seen based on news articles and job sites: CS is in the utter shitter now and it’s not gonna climb out anytime soon. I just want a job that secures me a ok-ish apartment, food, and some money to put in my savings.
