To mod or not to mod

For some context, I completed my first playthrough a few days ago and am going to jump back in with a new playthrough soon (because I am now utterly obsessed with Cyberpunk)

Was thinking of installing one of the mod collections. Not because I didn't like anything within the game, purely for some more to discover and play around with.

Do you like to play with mods or do you like to play vanilla? And why?
