I give up, I just can't find this ad.

(Hopefully flair is alright? I couldn't think of something any more fitting for this request.) This is a colab one of my fav youtubers did with CDPR (first image, supposed ad in game). His name even appears in the ending credits (second image) and I know how the ad looks like... But I can't for the life of me find it. All I see are the same ads over and over. Whats more interesting is that, despite his large following, I couldn't find people posting in game screenshots of the ad when they find it, as one would think fans would do. So if there is a way to find it, or if you could point me to an area/building/landmark that I can follow to find it I would appreciate it.
