1% low FPS

I'm having a problem with Dark Souls 3 where, at times, the FPS drops to 56 or 58, it's not very common but I find it strange that it occurs on a video card like the RX 6750xt, If you can tell me a way to get 60 FPS I would appreciate it, these drops are quite noticeable in the cutscenes.
