What’s the best gear at ng+7?

I’m currently gunning for lvl 802 by using Yoel’s free levels. Since I’m gonna be playing through the game a whole lot of times I wanna know what the best gear would be so that I can easily clear all the bosses in a short time window.

I’m currently using sharp sellsword twinblades, old wolf curved sword on back, havel’s armor, both pontiff eyes, lingering dragoncrest, ring of steel protection and yorshka’s chime for sacred oath and lightning on my weapon. Is there anything better I can use? Would it be worth switching to something like dancer’s enchanted swords once I have a high level since it scales with 4 stats?

Note: I do not own any of the DLCs
