What can I do for career growth?

I have total 8 years of experience where i switched to DE around 2 years back in a new company. But my CTC is only 10 lpa considering total experience. What can I do so I fare better in interviews? I plan to start looking starting of next year. I am not sure i can leverage my previous company experience(mostly SQL, some CI/CD).
