Is it time to make the relationship official?

I’ve been talking to this girl for a little more than 2 months. We’ve gone on 5 dates and I’ve also spent the night at her apartment twice with her cuddling me the whole night, we also had our first kiss last weekend. We’ll see each other this weekend, but I really want us to be in an exclusive relationship. Do I tell I want us to be exclusive this weekend or is it too soon? I know some people may say you don’t have to have that discussion to be exclusive but for me I feel like it’s important for both people to know where each other stand. Me and this girl have both talked about wanted a serious relationship.
