Are being mean and a dumbass job requirements to be a gate agent in ATL?

I wanted to tell the redcoat standing there "Tell your coworker to fix her bad attitude and that we can't read her mind" but didn't feel like being denied boarding on an international flight.

Complaint sent in after the fact about this "Premium" experience...Ed should take note and get rid of these worthless bad apples who don't want to work.
