Mom is in a rage, what do we do?

My dad is sitting in his car in the driveway right now to get a moment of quiet as my mom is in a total outburst of anger. She is confused about her meds, mixing them up, won’t wear her glasses to see them better and refuses to let my dad help. She blames him for everything that she is experiencing. He is texting my sister and I saying that we need an immediate solution right now & he can’t get her to calm down. We live 3 hours away, I don’t know what we can do? My mom is early stage undiagnosed.
