Thoughts on OXLC

Was wondering if anyone could provide some insight on OXLC and their monthly dividends? They pay out .09 cents a month and I have around 250 shares and was thinking of selling some of my BP stock to buy more because I would make more from the dividends on OXLC and let it DRIP. Is this a safe bet as I am not too familiar with ETFs in general. Thanks in advance for any advice.
