Running mariaDB for years, all of a sudden

Have been running linuxserver/mariaDb for a few years.

Lots of backups.

All of a sudden no containers work, even built from scratch.

Getting this error message

I'm using a Synology. No ChatGPT solutions seem to work.

Anyone run into this?
