Docker Hub application gets nearly exact same downloads every day?

I am the developer of a application called Stirling-PDFA few months back a made a quick app to graph its dockerhub pulls over time.

I have been seeing something interesting were outside of release updates and networking posts about it its growth seems to exact?ie from may 24th to June 4th I have had nearly the exact same downloads per day without any flucuation per day. This seems to happen non-stop through my releases and is far to straight a line to be normal.

Do people have apps that rather than checking for updates do full pulls and redownload every day and that is causing this?

I was hoping to track general usage but constant full downloads seems just generally odd rathern than caching and avoiding multi daily downloads?
