Could Uub become one of the strongest fighters ever to exist

So we all know the ending of z when we see the world tournament which is cannon after the events of super. That means goku would have gotten really powerfull and probably has mastered ultra instinct so could uub be taught this technique and maybe surpass goku 🤔 what do you guys think
