Denied entry after receiving 5 years multiple entry visa from GDRFA

Please suggest course of action. I am Pakistani National, Saudi resident. I visit UAE many times in a year, used to apply for single entry visa whenever i plan to visit never over stayed never fined or charged for anything. Then i decided to apply for 5 year tourist visa.

I received 5 years multiple entry visit visa in March, travelled to UAE in April on that visa for the first time. I intended to travel again last week on Air Arabia, to my dismay, i was denied boarding pass at Dammam airport and i was told my visa is not valid anymore. I thought its probably a glitch in the system, contacted AMER through email, they sent me a link to verify the validity of visa, which i checked and visa is valid until 2028.

Today, i travelled through my car, 500kms to Ghuwefat border and the nightmare happened. I was returned from there because no valid visa. I showed them the visa paper with last entry stamp but they said they cant say why, and cant help either.

Please suggest what should i do now.
