Doing research on the emirates business class experience (COMMENTS WELCOME)

I am doing research on how to better improve the emirates business Class experience and I would love some feedback from those who have flown!

not looking for complaints about the staff or customer service more with the seat layout/ accessibility for the disabled/complaints about the aesthetics and design flaws and other issues with the seat itself!!
