wrong surgery??

i’m newer to the world of endo and i had laproscopy last february to remove an endometriomia they confirmed stage 3 endometriosis. from my hospital report i was reading it says ‘ablation’ and i had a terrible feeling it was the wrong surgery since im now reading excision is the way to go.

i just had an mri and i have an endometriomia back in the same spot and bigger than said removed. now 10 months later im feeling defeated. i suffered bad compilations from surgery where i haven’t had a pain free day since.

did anyone have this experience and where did you go from there?
