Can one endometrioma cause pain all over the abdomen?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering; can one endometrioma cause pain throughout your entire abdomen? For example, not just where the endometrioma is located, but all over your abdomen? Is this something common?

Eight months ago, an MRI showed a 38 mm endometrioma, and since then, I’ve been taking dienogest.
