Is it alright to take this much paracetamol?

Hi, for context, I (23) was diagnosed only last month. I have never had painful periods and never missed a period and so when three months ago I started getting unbearable pain during my period I knew something was wrong. Last month thankfully I was back in my home country and I managed to get an ultrasound and then two more for second and third opinion and all of three specialists agreed that I have an endometriotic cyst on right ovary. I was pretty restful when back home but now that I have returned to my daily hectic life, it’s hard to be restful and use heat pads in daytime. I didn’t have any pain before my period but today is 13th Day after my periods started this month and I have had pain every single day. I try to control my diet and everything but I’m unable to function, focus on work and studies unless I take a paracetamol. I must have had about 11-12 Paracetamols in January itself. Is this normal? How many painkillers do you guys usually take?

Also a little rant on the side, this diagnosis has completely altered my life. I live a pretty active lifestyle, I’m involved in multiple university clubs as a leader, I just got an internship and I work three casual jobs. I have been proud of all these achievements for myself but I feel that this disease has really affected my ability to do well at any of my duties. I feel defeated on most days and I can’t even tell you how much of a toll it has taken on my mental health and relationships. It’s been one month approx since I got the diagnosis and I’m still learning how to manage it and be alright with the dreadful possibilities this disease brings. This really be challenging my boss lady aura fr fr. Haha. Any tips from my fellow independent boss ladies (which I believe is every single woman fighting this god awful illness) out there? How do I stay strong?
