I’ve got no idea how to recover and my surgeon won’t tell me

I had my laparoscopy + removal on Wednesday, I think I’m doing well apart from obviously being in pain. Thing is, my surgeon refused to speak to me afterwards, I have no idea how much he removed, where he even found it, he just absolutely would not speak to me at all.

I’ve now removed the dressings because I was told to take them off on Friday night (so now) and I’ve got no idea what I’m looking at or if they’re normal. I have 3 scars, one inside my bellybutton, one sort of on the left side of my lower stomach and one just above my groin. The one above my groin doesn’t look fully closed? I’m not sure how to describe it it’s like a tiny little triangle with a staple just haphazardly stuck through it.

I have no idea if I’m allowed to shower, I hope I can because I am so crusty and I feel grotesque but a nurse told me I mustn’t get them wet but I don’t know how long they need to stay dry for! Can someone please tell me what they did in the days after surgery because I’m now two days post-op and nobody has given me any idea what the hell to do and I’m so worried about infections or breaking the stitches or doing it wrong and then just ending up in more pain
