Swelling after botched injection

I think I accidentally injected Tri-Mix into my skin/foreskin instead of the shaft. I thought I saw the entire needle inside me. Now my foreskin is swollen red. It's been 12 hours since and it looks the same.

Anyone else ever have this problem? Not sure if it'll go away on its own if this requires an urgent care visit or emergency room.
