Prolapse in medical erotica?

Do people who like medical erotica like to read about anal prolapse / rosebud? I'm wondering how many would be offended compared to how many would love it.

I published a doctor-patient story on Literotica featuring prolapse, and it was quite well received, but due to its niche quality, it didn't garner as many reads as my other stories.

I am considering publishing a similarly themed story to my Amazon page, but I'm afraid it might be a wasted effort! Very few authors venture into this territory.
